The wedding of my brother was held in the ballroom and we had 3 regular rooms and 1 Suite room booked. Everything went fine except on the day that we finalized and settled our bill. We felt being cheated by the management’s procedure. They claimed to have lost some glasses and hangers in the room and charged us even if we disputed the charges. I requested to speak with the manager, I waited for more than 5 minutes and no one went out to speak to us regarding the procedure. After a long wait, they took out the glass charges from the bill. We still think they have an unfair procedure.
