hellow!
remember the saying, customer is always right! thats right, customers should be given with a little bit of importance came to know that business rely on good customers. But not in caluwayan resort, of all the places i have been into, it was in that resort that i felt offended. miss front desk clerk, u have a lot to learn first before u deal with customer. I was just asking of something which has to do with my stay in your resort , but u just turning your back on one saying “ang aarti niyo kung hindi lang kayo customer” then what if i’m not ur customer? For me the kind of resort that u have must have the service you could often to customers, What is the use of an elegant and beautiful resort if you have an ill-mannered staff, especially if ur the front desk personnel.Attention to the manager of caluwan beach resort.Frankly speaking, you have the best resort here in region VIII, I could even give a 4 STAR to it, but you have to check the credibility of your staff, especially your personnel, miss MYRA??!! have a sense of respect naman to ur customers who ever he or she is…thank you!!!!!
